GW Express offers overnight delivery services, with deliveries commitments by 0830, by 1030, by 1200 and by end of business day.
We offer a wide range of Shipping Services to comply with the growing needs of both large and small customers orders. Here is a list of services we can offer assistance in:
- Advantage: Next business day by 10:00 am; Saturday delivery by 2 pm
- Advantage Express: Next business day by 8:30 am; Saturday delivery by 2 pm
- Advantage Express Plus: Next business day by 7 am; Saturday delivery by 2 pm
- Same Day Service: Same day service by 9:00 pm
Saturday Delivery Service:
Packages picked up on Friday can be delivered on Saturday for an additional charge of $15 per shipment (see Service Area Guide for available areas). For Saturday delivery, you must mark the “Saturday Service” box on your shipping documentation and affix a “Saturday Delivery” sticker.
Signature Required Service
G W Express offers a required signature service option by checking the appropriate box on the shipping label. Obtaining a signature for the delivery is free of charge. For an additional charge, G W Express will acquire a signature from an adult over 18 years of age and will check a government issued I.D.
Declared Value
For your security, we offer a Declared Value option for parcels exceeding the value of $100 and up to $25,000. G W Express covers the first $100 for damage or loss of the shipment at no charge to you. However, if the value of your shipment is greater than $100, you are eligible to declare a greater value. You can declare values up to $25,000 per shipment. Declared values are billed at a rate of $0.60 for each $100 (or fraction thereof) of declared value in excess of $100. Unless a greater value has been declared on the shipping manifest, the maximum liability will be limited to $100 or the actual value of the package contents, whichever is less.
